TRANSAC (div. CIT-Alcatel)

Transac was created in 1970 as a Department and later on changed into a Subsidiary
of CIT-ALCATEL. After signing a cross-licensing agreement with a Swedish Company
, Transac delivered in March 1971 the first modern Cash-Dispensers and played
an important role in the expansion of the French Bank Card System. Since 1983 part of the CII-Honeywell-Bull group.
