The company Precisa was founded in 1935 to produce mechanical calculating machines (from 1942 on) in Zurich-Oerlikon. Precisa AG fusioned in 1964 with the typewriter manufacturer Hermes and was renamed Hermes-Precisa International AG.
Later, assumption of Hermes by Olivetti. The production of calculators ended in the 70s.
