In 1927 James H. Rand bought the REMINGTON TYPEWRITER CO. and made it a part of his newly formed REMINGTON RAND CORPORATION. Adding machines
were manufactured from 1932 in the »Accounting Machine Division« of Buffalo, New York. 1955 REMINGTON RAND merged with SPERRY-UNIVAC and later
